PUF Panels

BNAL PUF panels are manufactured on a state of the art continuous PUF Panel line. These panels have skins on both sides that can be customized as per requirement. The thickness and density can also be changed to suit various applications. To make these panels most effective at insulation, they are interlocked using specially designed, double Tongue and Groove System. With this precise interlocking, the BNAL PUF panels deliver dimensional accuracy and air-tight joints. PUF (Poly Urethane Foam) panels are manufactured using high quality five component CFC- and HCFC-free Poly Urethane system with n-pentane used as a blowing agent. They provide thermal and sound insulation that makes them suitable for wall, roof and floor cladding. These panels work well as components in partition and insulated doors, insulating buildings, warehouses factories, prefabricated structures, cold storages & pharmaceutical units, among a host of other applications.
