PNK 150 (Nitrogen Generator) & H₂KAT (Hydrogen Catalyst)

This two-stage process generates high-purity nitrogen (99.999% purity, 5.0) with up to 50% less energy directly from ambient air. It is ideal for process steps such as reflow, THT, and wave soldering. Users benefit from an independent, stable gas supply. The process costs for soldering can be reduced by up to 70%. In combination with self-generated power via photovoltaics and a nitrogen storage system, savings of up to 90% are possible.
