High Pressure Die Casting

Our Pressure Die Casting Shop has 12 Horizontal Cold Chamber HPDC machines ranging from 120 tons to 1600 tons. We have installed in-line N2 De-gassing and metal cleaning facility. We have in house facilities for stress relieving. Shot-blasting and powder-coating are done on a captive basis for us. As a further step towards vertical integration, we are setting up our Alloy making division at K 99, MIDC, Waluj, Aurangabad, which will produce various grades of Aluminum alloys, in strict conformance to specifications. The alloy will be produced both, for our captive consumption as well as for customers who require the alloy in billet form. This Division is expected to be operational by Sep-2019.
