Chemie Products is selling Release Agent in India since 1996. We are providing the technical assistance along with local blending thus increasing our exposure to the nitty-gritties of Release Agent formulation level. We have an ISO 9001:2008 certified Release Agent blending facility thus providing excellent quality. We are increasing our association with number of moulding companies as we fulfill the most challenging requirements. We believe in developing robust formulations to provide ease of use to processing industry. We take special care of maintaining inventories for each customer at nearby locations to provide Just in time deliveries. We are very flexible in adapting our products to changing customer's requirements. Moulded Flexible foam – for all types of system like cold cure, MDI based, T/M based, TDI based system. Suitable for moulded cushions, car seats, bike seats, head rests, moulded mattress.
Integral Skin Foam – Glossy and Matt finish Release Agent for Steering Wheels, Arm Rest.
Footwear – Single density, double density shoes, unit soles, slippers, Paintable, tin free formulations, in all kinds of finish and feel. We can cater your requirements of highest gloss to matt in both Polyether and Polyester system. Release Agent can be customized for each type of machine from Pouring to Direct Injection. Silicone free also available. We ensure low mould build up for longer cleaning cycles.
