Material of Construction

- **Mild steel** : These Boards are generally made of 1.6mm/2mm thick CRCA sheet
duly powder coated with epoxy based powder of color shade RAL7032/7035, for normal
applications.
- **Polycarbonate** : In extreme weather conditions with rough, wet and humid
environments, these Boards are usually made from high grade thermoplastic
polycarbonate material which is extremely corrosion resistant, impact resistance,
fire retardant and UV
stabilised. All these features makes our Boards highly durable and long lasting.

Technical Features

Main Incomer has SDFs/MCCBs which offer Overload, Short Circuit Protection and Earth Fault Protection
Phase Indication lamps are provided in the Incomer
Loop In and Loop Out facility available for Incoming Cable
All live parts are shrouded with transparent cover to limit direct access
Individual Sockets are controlled by RCCBs/RCBOs which offer Earth Leakage Protection
RCCBs/RCBOs are completely protected from dust as they are kept inside the panel and operated by suitable load break switch in case of single door receptacles
Higher level of ingress protection from dust and water upto IP 65 conforming to IEC 60947 Receptacles for outdoor application are designed with double door and rain protection canopy
It comes in various designs: Wall mounted and Floor Mounted
Earthing bolts/busbar is present on both sides of the enclosure
Removable gland plate of suitable size is provided for cable entry
