AAHAR 2026 is the 40th International Food & Hospitality Fair, jointly organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) and the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI). The 5-day fair was inaugurated by Union Minister Shri Piyush Goyal, with Italy as the partner country. The show covers two parallel sections: Food India (processed food, beverages, dairy, organic, ingredients) and Hospitality India (kitchen equipment, tableware, decor, IT solutions, bakery and confectionery). It draws sourcing teams from Indian retail chains, hotels, QSR brands and HoReCa importers from MENA, ASEAN, Europe and Africa.
