Flowkem® Krushiflow™ offers a reliable range of rigid PVC (RPVC) pipes and fittings designed for agricultural irrigation and domestic water supply applications. These pipes are manufactured in accordance with IS 4985:2021 standards, ensuring consistent quality, strength, and performance. The product range is available in sizes from 20 mm to 315 mm and in multiple pressure classes, making it suitable for different water distribution requirements. Flowkem® Krushiflow™ pipes are available with two types of jointing systems to provide installation flexibility. The Solvent Weld (Selfit) system ensures a permanent and leak-proof connection using solvent cement, while the Rubber Ring (Ringfit) joint provides a flexible and quick push-fit installation, especially suitable for longer pipelines and underground applications. The fittings used in the Flowkem® Krushiflow™ system are manufactured as per IS 7834 and internal company quality standards. The fittings range covers all essential components such as elbows, tees, reducers, couplers, and adaptors in sizes from 20 mm to 315 mm, ensuring a complete piping solution. Flowkem® Krushiflow™ RPVC pipes are produced using advanced extrusion technology, while the fittings are manufactured through precision injection moulding machines. Each product is designed with accurate dimensions and smooth internal surfaces to maintain efficient water flow and reduce pressure loss. The pipes and fittings undergo strict quality testing for pressure resistance, temperature performance, and chemical resistance, ensuring durability and long service life even under demanding operating conditions.

Standards IS 4985:2021– Specifies requirements for unplasticized PVC (uPVC) pipes used in water supply systems, covering material quality, dimensions, pressure ratings, and performance to ensure safe and reliable water distribution. IS 7834:1987– Specifies injection moulded PVC socket fittings with solvent cement joints used for connecting uPVC pipes in water supply installations, ensuring proper fit, leak-proof joints, and durability. However, this does not affect the pipe’s structural strength or pressure-bearing capacity.
