Genius has established one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities for PCB Assemblies of Energy Meter Line, Telecommunication Line, EPBX Line, LED Line, Automotive Line & Solar Lighting Line in 2010 at Gurugram with the aim of providing high quality and cost-effective solution to its customers. Our priority is fast action on the developments and on-time delivery. For our PCB Assembly Line, we have the most advanced machinery of Panasonic (Japanese origin) with a combined capacity of 250000 CPH with the capability of mounting 0201 & BGA components. Reflow Ovens are compatible with Lead-Free Soldering. We also have inline AOI for inspection of PCB’s Double Head VCD with 20,000 CPH and Panasonic Radial Inserter and we also carry the manual insertion line with functional in-circuit testing machines.
