Our Company Hemo Organic Limited was incorporated as“Dinesh Allorga Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated August 28, 1992 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli bearing Registration No. 18224. The Company was listed and admitted to dealings on the Capital Market Segment (Main Board) of BSE Limited on August 12, 1994. Later on, the name of our Company was changed from “Dinesh Allorga Limited” to “Hemo Organic Limited” upon approval by the shareholders of our Company pursuant to special resolution dated July 31, 2013 and Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat dated August 19, 2013. In the year 1992, the erstwhile Promoters Mr. Dineshbhai S Patel, Ms. Sonalben N Patel, Ms. Madhuben N Patel, Mr. Kantibhai N Patel, Mr. Hitendra N Patel and Mr. Jayantilal M Patel incorporated the Company in the name of M/s. Dinesh Allorga Limited. At present, the Promoters of the Company are Mr. Dineshbhai Patel and Ms. Sonalben Patel. Business operations and affairs of the Company are being conducted and managed by our Chairman cum Managing Director, Mr. Vishwambar Kameshwar Singh who has an extensive expertise in business strategy with a deep understanding of the trading industry. The vast experience of the Promoters and Board of Directors has been instrumental in determining the vision and growth strategies for our Company. We further believe that our market position has been achieved by adherence to the vision of our Promoters & Management Team and their experience of over a decade in the industry in which our Company operates. Our Company sources the agricultural products from the manufacturers by paying an advance payment and as per the agreed terms and these products are sold to our network of distributors. We have built strong relationships with both the farmers as well as with the wholesaler/ retailers community. Our Board of Directors actively advises our Company on corporate strategy and planning. With a collective experience in the field of trading, our Directors have handled various areas of business including strategic planning and implementation, procurement, storage, marketing and has led institutions across business development, strategy as well as operations over the period of years.
