Water filters for water injection

To save fuel and protect components, water injection will be used in gasoline engines in the future. MAHLE supplies the water filter for water dosing and injection systems and is already working on water treatment modules for the next generation. The MAHLE water filter ensures that the water purity required for water injection is available. The filter is equipped with an electric jacket heater developed by MAHLE, so that the system is rapidly deployable at low temperatures.
