Insta Controls was founded by Mr. Kishor Karmarkar in June 1981, initially manufacturing Thermistor Protection Relays. It was later converted into Insta Control Pvt. Ltd in July 2007. The company started processing motor protection PTC Thermistors and supplying them to electric motor manufacturers in India, Europe, and Asia. In 1996, Insta Controls entered the field of Thermal Overload Protector (TOP)/Thermal Switches to meet customer demand for overheat protection in various motors and equipment. By 2000, the product range expanded to include PT 100 Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs) and PT 100 Bearing Temperature Detectors (BTDs) for temperature indication in AC Motors, Generators, and Transformers. In 2004, KTY Silicon Sensors were added for domestic appliances and automobile industries. In 2008, Flexible Space heaters were introduced for temperature controlling and engineering requirements in AC/DC Motors, Alternators, and Transformers. Insta Control prioritizes excellent quality products and timely delivery, which has helped expand its client base.
