Frameless Motors

The Open Frame or Frameless motors are ideal solutions for machine designs that require high performance in small spaces. This approach allows for direct integration with a mechanical transmission device, eliminating parts that add size and weight. Direct drive motor construction gives equipment designers the advantages of lowered costs, increased reliability and improved performance. Open Frame Motors are the most cost effective direct drive motor solutions available. These save space in applications because the couplings, motor mounting brackets and extra bearings you would find in coupled drive construction are eliminated. Frameless motor components can be designed to suit customer needs thus providing electrical and mechanical characteristics that are best suited for each specific application. Stator and Rotor components can be ordered separately.
