Deep Reach Separator

Jaykrishna manufactures a deep reach separator which is fabricated in heavy material as standard and it is supplied complete with heavy duty plate magnet fitted. Our deep reach separator combines an open-throat, choke-free design with the safety and convenience of hinged magnets that swing out and away from the housing for safe external cleaning. The deep reach separator resists bridging and choking to remove tramp iron and ferrous fines from flow resistant bulk materials. The stainless steel housings mount easily to enclosed spouting or directly on processing equipment. Optional square, rectangular and round adapters can be supplied to your specification for ease of installation. The magnet plate available having low intensity strontium Ferrite / Rare earth magnet.
