High Mast Lighting Systems

The company shifted its concentration to the latest technology in area lighting i.e. to "high mast lighting systems" in the year 1992. In addition to the above and moving ahead with the latest technologies, we have added "Soft Starters" for motors to our list of products. We are representing **"M/s. Emotron - Sweden"** for Soft Starters Motors are a driving force at Emotron. All of Emotron's business activities are driven by electric motors. That's because all products are directly involved with controlling and supervising motors and associated machines and processes. From an application viewpoint, Emotron's total product range can be divided into three major groups: Ø Frequency inverters that precisely control the speed of motors. Ø Soft starters that gradually accelerate and decelerate motors. Ø Motor load monitors that use the motor as its own torque sensor. During the span of 7-8 years time, the high masts installed by us, exceed 500 Nos. The list of customers include M/s. Crompton Greaves Ltd., Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Airports Authority of India, Public Works Department, Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., Municipal Corporations, Stadia etc. During the span of 2-3 years time, we have supplied 5 nos. soft-starters for 160 kW. Pump motors, 3 nos. soft-starters for 37.5 kW. Pump motors and 10 nos. soft-starters for 45 kW. Pump motors to Vadodara Municipal Corporation - Vadodara, 2 nos. soft starters for 90 KW motors to Kakrapar Atomic Power Station (The unit of Nuclear Power Corporation of India) and other clients. We are also registered with M/s Garden Silk Mills, Surat Municipal Corporation, Vadodara Municipal Corporation, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, O.N.G.C., Nuclear Power Corporation of India, Airport Authority of India, Hindustan Lever Ltd, etc. and regular suppliers to them. Our group is supported by a team of dedicated professionals, with vast experience in the respective fields. Based on the site layout, we can propose the most economical illumination design with minimum nos. of high masts & luminaires. Thus, resulting into less initial cost, low running cost & low maintenance cost. We have our own technical qualified service engineers with training imparted at Principle's works in SWEDEN and are also keeping requisite spares parts for timely service and maintenance purpose.
