We are proud to own a patent for our innovative recycling process. This system converts lime water for soaking by undergoing several biological, physical, and chemical treatments. Facultative bacteria developed during the process aid in achieving superior soaking, which is typically not possible with fresh water. Technologies such as bacterial nano buffing and pre-liming are incorporated to recycle water and enhance the quality of the leather. As a result of our advanced recycling techniques, we only consume 1 liter of water per square foot for the production of finished leather from raw hide. This efficient use of resources underscores our commitment to sustainability and quality in leather manufacturing.
