Kaygee Foam was established during the year 1983 at Koregoan Bhima, Pune when PU technology was just newly introduced in India. Kaygee Foam took the challenge and developed it’s first Steering Wheels mould in 1988. We were the first supplier in India to supply PU Steering wheels to Premier Automobiles ltd, Bajaj Tempo Ltd & Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. We then went on developing different designs and variations of steering wheels. We also started making Grab Handles and Gear Shift Knobs for Automobile Industry as per customer requirements. In 1993, we started supplying various PU based components to Tata Motors for most of their vehicle models. In 1993, we also introduced PU technology for making Arm Rest for the furniture Industry and bus body builders such as Eurotech, Amber, Featherlight, Godrej and Hitech. In 1994, we expanded our manufacturing capacities and now have two plants at Pune, one at Ahmednagar and one at Baramati. Currently we are supplying superior quality PU components, seat assemblies and specialty NVH application foams to major Automotive, Furniture Industry customers in India and for exports.
