Unique sulphur blocking agent developed as a solution to the problem of not getting the consistent shade of the Sulphur Bottom Indigo top dyeing in denim industry. During dyeing of yarns with Sulphur colour and topping with indigo, a substantial amount of sulphur colour gets stripped off the yarn once it enters indigo dye bath due to presence of caustic and hydro. This ultimately leads to unconsistent shade of SBIT. Using Sulblock, it protects sulphur getting stripped off the yarn and thus leads to consistent shade of SBIT. Lowers down the consumption of sulphur dye by almost 30~40% and KEEPS YOUR EFFLUENT CLEAR - ALMOST NO TRACES OF LOOSE DYE.
