Layout variations for moulding plants
- Layout 1 In the case of a low core-setting activity for up to medium-sized flask formats.
- Layout 2 Like layout 1, but for heavy cores via pallet support. Here too the copes and drags are sequenced successively.
- Layout 3 The "classic" - designed for greenfield sites, the automotive castings application for heavily cored casting.
- Layout 4 The counterpart to layout 3, but with distinctly higher production rate due to the use of two moulding machines.
- Layout 5 When dealing with gigantic dimensions in steel casting: Layout for discontinuous moulding. KW has the most references in XXL segment.
- Layout 6 Particularly space-saving, economical layout, adapted to municipal drainage casting requirements. Optimized flask transport using a minimum of equipment.
- Layout 7 Plan layout with option for step-by-step enhancement from manual to upgrade into fully automated. Automation level 1(manual), Automation level 2, Automation level 3, Automation level 4
