User Insight
A universal payload monitoring system designed for all types of dumpers, enabling accurate load tracking, enhanced safety, and optimized vehicle performance across operations.
Payload Indicator - x1
In order to identify the current load in the tipper body we have an Payload Indicator. Fixed inside the driver's cabin, it allows for careful Load Monitoring and Efficient loading and unloading
Mechanical Sensor Reading - x1
Converting the signal coming from the Deflection sensor into digital output is done by the Mechanical Sensor. Communication between the Operator and the various parts of the weighing system is critical to efficient processing and MSR allows for that
Inclinometer -x1
Tilt switch is a staple in most heavy vehicle onboard weighing systems. We use our inhouse inclinometer. These are used to measure the X and Y angles of the vehicle in order to prevent over loading and for safe operations
Wiring Harness with Protection Hose - x1
Protecting the inner workings of the monitoring system is crucial in the long run. This our monitoring system comes with a wiring harness and protection hose to ensure the Wear and Tear over time is kept in check. It also protects our system from getting damaged from harsh environments
Lamp indication - x1
Having clear non verbal communication between the operators and the workers is vital in an industrial. Deck lamp is one part of that. We have 3 modes available. Amber light indicates that our system is processing the data. Red indicated that the tipper is overloaded. Green light indicates that the tipper is at optimum load
