• 01 DFM & Cost Optimization: Engineering input on your drawing before tooling begins. We identify cost, manufacturability, and quality factors early.
• 02 Mold Manufacturing: Tooling developed through qualified partner network and managed end-to-end by our engineering team — single-cavity to multi-cavity molds with hot runner and cold runner systems, up to 1200×1200mm or larger based on requirement.
• 03 Controlled High-Volume Production: Production with validated process parameters. Insert molding, multi-cavity tooling, and high-volume runs all supported.
• 04 Assembly & Delivery: Secondary operations, sub-assembly, packaging, and dispatch — finished components ready to integrate.
