Description

PYROTEK E1709 is a two-component, solvent-free, amine-cured epoxy intumescent coating designed for passive fire protection of steel in hydrocarbon pool fire scenarios. Used as a mid-coat in complete systems, it is suitable for application over approved primers on carbon steel, galvanized, and stainless steel, making it ideal for onshore oil, gas, and energy industries, including pipes, vessels, and equipment operating up to 80 Ā°C.
