Steam Coal

Our steam coal enjoys a great reputation in the market due to the highly competitive value-added deals we offer. That said, steam coal, also known as thermal coal, is used in boilers to generate steam for power generation and is also used in the steel industry. We procure our steam coal from leading mines and ports around the world as well as from prominent domestic sources. In fact, we majorly export our domestic coal to Bangladesh from the Kolkata port. We offer steam coal of variable calorific values, ranging from very low (2100 GAR) to very high (6500 GAR), thus catering to the varied requirements of different industries.
