NAPDONE Tablet contains Naproxen 500 mg and Domperidone 10 mg as active ingredients. Naproxen Sodium belongs to a group of medications called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Domperidone is a specific blocker of dopamine receptors. It speeds gastrointestinal peristalsis, causes prolactin release, and is used as antiemetic. Napdone works by normalising the digestion process; blocking the effect of enzyme called cyclooxygenase resulting in decreased production of prostaglandins.
