Description

Liquid Painting Process is used to provide high quality finishing. It is applied on plastic, metal & on wooden components. High quality painting is a multi-layered process that allows wet on wet or bake on bake options. A typical line may be consisting of primer coat followed by top coat and can be followed by clear/ lacquer coat. NGVT provides different kinds of liquid painting booths, with Wet Type Liquid Paint Booth and Dry Type Liquid Paint Booth for Automotive Components, Wagon Painting Booth, Touch Up Booths, all types of PP/PU/ABS product Paint Booths and Car Painting Booths. The system shall be provided with Side Draft, Semi Down Draft and Fully Down Draft System. NGVT supply the painting line for all the range of products which are being painted.

Conveyorized Type Liquid Painting Plant

NGVT Offers conveyorized painting plant, which are suitable of high volumes of components, large in size or small in size or any kind of product. These kind of conveyorized painting plant are mainly helpful in maintaining the production capacities. These conveyorized powder coating plant are very elaborate in size which can accommodate one or more than two painters, Also NGVT provides automated painting guns, with Disc reciprocators and Bell reciprocators, Robotic Painting Lines. Conveyorized painting lines shall be provided with Wet Type and Dry Type booth, with Side and Down Draft recovery system.

Wet Type Liquid Painting Plant

NGVT provide the Wet Type Painting Plant for the Plastic parts which are the most critical parts to be painted or coated, when it come in class A or A+. Dust, Temperature & Humidity, temperature curing accuracy are major parameters which affect the Painting quality most. NGVT provide 10K classification filtration level, Temperature & Humidity control, laminar air flow inside booth to control Painting Plant air flow. Flash off zone (FOZ) and curing oven also have filtration arrangement. Lighting industry and small plastic parts are most critical parts to get painting under the above specification. NGVT supply Painting Plant for Coat line (Primer, intermediate & Top/Clear), Hard Coat Line, Base Coat Line, Top Coat Line, Anti Fog Line

Dry Type Liquid Painting Plant

NGVT dry type plant are designed & manufactured as per client specification. We keep in mind various aspect like components size & shapes, Space available, budget etc. to provide superior quality coating and suited to meeting various parameters. Dry plant are mainly used in the industrial sector where they want to avoid the ETP and easy for maintenance. Properly cleaned & phosphate processed metal parts are coated with paint with the help of normal paint gun or electrostatic gun (Automatic or Manual).
