This system is used for plug welding to connect stator of the motor to the outer case. Plug welding is an alternative for spot welding. It operates on the principle of the fusion with wire feeding. A multi axes welding system consists of the flexible rotary axis with ball transfer unit used for the rotation and loading, unloading of the heavy component.
