Air Filter Welding System

This machine is used to weld the base of the air filters, oil filters for industrial application and automotive sectors. Welding system is developed such that it can tack weld, stitch weld and full weld the component of the various diameters with repeatable precision with 100% penetration levels. Here it is only tack weld to the base and the filter. It can weld the components of diameters up to 150mm. Successfully tested for 400-500 bar pressure.
