Wet Grinder Support Welding System

This machine was developed to weld the support system for wet grind stone. The operations can be customized according to the specification of the wet grinder. The total amount of four plug welds finishes in no less than 16sec, thus causing very efficient flow rate of components as per production requirements. The Stainless Steel plug weld on the component secures the supports thoroughly and results to withstand very strong unbalanced loads thus avoiding shear of the components near the weld zone.
