Description
Fish oil is the fat or oil that's extracted from fish tissue. It usually comes from oily fish, such as herring, tuna, anchovies, mackerel, and sardine. The main omega-3s in fish oil are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The project envisages setting up a refining and extraction unit for fish oil to produce refined fish oil and ethyl ester, the essential sources for Omega-3 Fatty Acids, with significant health benefits. Refined sardine fish oil and fish oil ethyl ester are mainly used in nutraceuticals formulations, food ingredients, and medicines' natural ingredients.
