GenQuik Plant RNA Extraction Kit

GenquikTM Plant RNA kit provides an efficient method for isolating total RNA from plant tissues. The tissue homogenizer or mortar and pestle can homogenize the fresh or frozen plant samples in the presence of lysis solution. The membrane spin filter will capture the RNA as contaminants are passing through the filter by centrifugation. All remaining contaminants and salts then are eliminated. As a result the high quality RNase is eluted in to RNA free water. The RNase is ready is designed to elute genomic DNA from plant tissues and seed leaves.
