Description

The Test Rig is used for testing the DR118 System. The rig consists of two racks. One Rack is an LRU Rack and the other Rack is an Instrument Rack. The test rig has a rotating pedestal. One Setup consists of the mounting structure for the antennas and is rotatable one time till 360 deg. The other setup has mounting arrangements for the instruments to replicate a radiation setup. Software has been developed to interface with the LRUs. Pinaka has developed the DR118 Test Rig and software is used for testing the LRU. The scope of the control software is to define different tests for validating the System. Each test consists of defined set of parameters which are sent to the System. The System processes them and output is displayed. The output is tapped and compared with the input to find the status which is logged.
