Product Design
To bring a product to life, it all starts with a concept, a sample, a drawing or sometimes even a rough sketch. Based on any of these inputs, concept drawings are generated and after your feedback a 3D engineering drawing for your product is made. Since we manufacture both the mould and the product, all the constraints of manufacturing are considered right from the start. This ensures that there are minimum deviations, redesigning and corrections at a later stage, so your part is as close to the initial concept as possible.
Mould Design
After the part has been engineered and designed, our in- house team of skilled designers create a mould design, using the latest 3D engineering softwares, to make an efficient, durable yet cost effective design of the mould.
Moulds are designed using our years of experience with the right selections of steels, with a fine attention to all the details, tolerances, fits and hardnesses.
All moulds are designed using an insert base construction for optimal performance, replaceability and repairability.
Efficient cooling circuits are designed to achieve fast cycle times.
Mould Manufacturing
Our fully air-conditioned tool room with the latest, state of the art CNC machines starts manufacturing the various parts of the mould. Inspections are carried out after every stage of manufacturing with critical inspections being done in our temperature controlled CMM room. Moulds are manufactured with the highest precision, accuracy and tolerances. All kinds of complex moulds are made with rotating cores, moving slides, in mould closing and high cavitation packaging moulds. All trials are conducted by us to make sure the mould runs trouble free and produce reliable and repeatable parts.
