R K Reclaim And Rubber Products Private Limited

We’ve been here at Palej GIDC for a while now, specifically at units 104/48 to 52. If you know this part of the industrial estate, you know it gets quite dusty when the trucks roll through. Our daily routine at R. K. Reclaim And Rubber Pro. Pvt. Ltd. starts pretty early before the sun really starts beating down on the sheds. Most of the day is spent handling old rubber and getting the machines ready for the reclaim process. It's heavy work, and the smell of rubber is something you just get used to after the first week. We aren't fancy people here. There is a small office where we keep the records, but most of us are out on the floor making sure things are moving along. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is usually the highlight when things get busy. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start, and we just try to get the orders out without too much fuss. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is typical for this area, so we just deal with it and move on. It’s a practical setup, nothing more than what’s needed to get the job done. We just keep our heads down, manage the scrap, and try to keep the place organized despite the constant flow of material coming in and out of the gates.
