Custom-designed pole boxes crafted from high-quality grey Dough Molding Compound (DMC). The single-pole box design optimizes wall thickness, enabling higher rating applications (compared to 4 pole design) without compromising assembly efficiency. DMC's thermoset properties provide exceptional heat resistance, ensuring durability in demanding environments. Utilizing a 300-ton plastic compression molding machine, we produce precise enclosures that effectively isolate poles during operation and maintenance. The molds for these boxes are designed and developed by Raman Thermosets, guaranteeing superior quality and reliability.
