All our power panels are fabricated in CNC machines for this we have all numerically controlled bending machine of amada make 100 ton, CNC plasma precision cutting machine of essab and CNC hydraulic cutting machine. We have complete in house fabrication facility. All the sheets are cut preciously in the plasma cutting machine and bend in the CNC bending machine. All the panel sheets will have uniform profile without any dents and assembled. For the joints we use high end mig welding machine and the welding will not have any spatter. All the panels are powder coated after duly processed in the 7 tank process.

This Diesel Alternator set Control & Power Panel is used in the coaches for controlling of diesel alternator. It has Engine and alternator protection. LLOP,(Loco Lube oil protection,Over speed protection, High water temperature for engine and over load protection, Earth leakage protection and short circuit protection for alternator.

When gensets are running on two ends of the train, the loads are shared on these two genset via feeder cable running through the coach. The two gensets are protected from paralllleling each other but at the same time we can make use these two gensets for all coach loads.
