Description

The main role of a liner is to provide a snug fit between the toe of the rail and the rail clips and thus help to avoid “point contact” between the mating parts. According to the specific application in circuited tracks (needing insulation between the mating parts) and non-circuited tracks (no need for insulation), GFN liners (Glass-fibre Reinforced Nylon Liner) and Metal Liner respectively are used.
