RSB has more than three decades of experience in developing and manufacturing Construction and Mining Equipment parts. Over the years, we have acquired the skills and knowledge to develop major structural parts like the Main Frame, Track Frame, Boom, Arm, and Buckets of Excavators, Motor Graders, Wheel Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, Mining Equipment, and Pick & Carry Vehicles. We also manufacture and export various CMI structural parts to global markets. Over the years RSB has graduated from Oxy cutting to Plasma Cutting to Laser cutting which ensures dimensional accuracy and distortion control. Robotic Technology is used for Welding as well as the latest Software used to manufacture fixturing and tooling to meet high volumes and ensure the quality of welding in each of the fabrication produced. Our manufacturing facilities are well equipped with the latest machines like CNC Machines, a Painting facility with baking provision, CMM, Ultrasonic Testing, Dye Penetration tests, MPT, and Welding Training Centres in each plant.
