JDC Series Hammers

JDC Series is a valve less type hammers designed for high performance at low operating air pressures. Suitable bits has a strong robust design without foot valve to withstand heavy duty application. JDC Series Hammers maximizes energy output and reduces service requirements. Wear Sleeve is not reversible. All critical internal components are heat treated under strict control to maximize tool longevity. Hammer is designed with the adjustable Choke which allows you to adjust the volume of air that is used to power the Piston. With help of steel make up ring and lock ring it will able to sustain the compressive load generated from drill string. Piston breakage is minimum as it guided with inner cylinder where there will be even amount of air flow. Air distributor distributes air to cylinder ports and controls air flow.
