These conveyors are designed to allow easy cleaning in food, pharmaceutical, and other washdown environments such as - Meat & Poultry, Fish & Seafood, Dairy, Bakery, Fruit and vegetables. Saturn Packaging features a sanitary design which improves cleanability and minimizes risk of pathogen or allergen contamination with a homogenous food grade thermoplastic elastomer belt (TPE). Stainless Steel Type 304 Construction Frames with clean-out holes, Removeable machined UHMW carryway rails, Stainless steel shafts, Food grade belting and components (TPE homogeneous or modular), Adjustable foot pads or casters, 100% cleanability, Horizontal surfaces minimized, Angles and/or tubes turned in such a way to prevent flatsurfaces, IP66 (options till IP69K).
