These tapes are then woven into fabric on circular looms to form the base material. Next, the BOPP film is reverse-printed using rotogravure printing machines for sharp, multi-color graphics. This printed BOPP film is laminated onto the woven fabric through extrusion lamination, resulting in a BOPP laminated PP woven fabric. The laminated rolls then move to the finishing stage—where they are cut, hemmed, stitched, gusseted, and customized with handles, perforations, or EZ-open features as per client needs. Each finished BOPP laminated woven bag is quality-checked and packed for dispatch.
