Simvac Speciality Boards

Simvac Speciality Boards are manufactured for special applications where properties such as high compressive strength and modulus of rupture with good resistance to corrosion to high velocity gas flow is required in comparison to other ceramic fiber boards. This boards are made from mixture of refractory ceramic fibers, speciality minerals and binders which have low organic content, the mixture is vacuum processed into boards that imparts good mechanical strength even after heating. Simvac MS Boards are having _Moderate Strength_ and modulus of rupture compare to Simvac US Boards which is having _Ultra Strength_. Both finds usage in variety of application on the basis of the properties required. Simvac Shapes are the customized shapes such as sleeves, cones, etc. manufactured by vacuum forming of mixture of refractory fibers and binders having low organic content.
