Construction follows a fast-track QA playbook through interconnection, CEIG, metering, and protection audits. Each plant sits in a ring-fenced SPV with escrow and DSRA. Post-COD, 25-year O&M is performance-linked with CMMS, remote monitoring, PR/CUF SLAs, and transparent reporting. Outcome: predictable cashflows, controlled downside, and investor-grade governance from survey to year-25.
