2021, Foothills, Salem City It is located opposite Modern Theatre Road in the middle of Salem City. It was a small hill viewpoint that was 20 feet above the ground level and was leveled by a great work because of its ups and downs and was compounded by huge rocks, as such done by kings of those days in fort construction, which was a special work done by none in this field. It’s the first hillside layout site, which is developed into gated community plots (17 esteemed housing plots). The whole plot has a Yercaud hill view. The plot has a 1-acre garden. It also has a walking path, a sit-out area, car parking with in-and-out entrances with two gates, and a casabella dome design in which a small function can also be organized within the gated community itself.
