Degradation of sizing chemical with hot water, minimum wetting agent and without enzyme thus reduces de-sizing cost. Presence of heavy metals and their salts cannot impact de-sizing efficiency since enzyme not used thus eliminates sequestering agent leads to reduction in de-sizing cost. It not require any oxidation agent, reduction agent, alkalis (pH>9.0) and strong acids (pH<5.0), enzyme. Size can be removed either continuously or discontinuously. Reduces effluent load since less COD compared to conventional sizing agent and also minimum usage of chemicals in de-sizing.
