Stanzen is a leading sheet metal solution provider, specializing in supplying high-quality components to automotive OEMS and Tier 1 manufacturers. We are equipped with advanced press capacity that includes Tandem presses – H Frame C Line (1 Machine), C Frame E Line (3 Machine), C Frame D Line (5 Machine). This versatile setup enables us to handle a wide range of sheet metal stamping requirements, from high-volume production to precision components, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality in every batch.

Our welding facilities are designed to support both high-volume production and precision assembly requirements. We are equipped with Spot Robots (2) for automated accuracy, Manual nut & stud welding stations (6) for flexibility in complex assemblies and manual spot welding stations (2) to handle specialized operations. This combination of automated and manual welding capabilities ensures strength, consistency, and reliability in every component we deliver.
