Y2K’S QUALITY ASSURANCE

Zipper Tensile strength check: Checks lateral strength using a zipper tensile strength checking machine. A minimum load is used for basic commercial zippers, and higher for Platinum range.
Crock Meter check: Determines the degree of color transfer from the textile tape under wet or dry conditions.
Zipper life testing: Puller is moved up and down while applying force and tension. A minimum of 1000 open and close movements is the basic criteria; high-end ranges exceed this.
