Technocore extruder system is designed to utilize high performance extrusion to achieve high quality hollow core while associated with easy maintenance and to provide high productivity at low production cost with relation to Concrete, Steel, manpower consumption, etc., Our machines cast high quality hollow core with continuous long extrusion depending on the casting bed length varying between 80m and 150m to adjust to the client's plant dimensions while width being standard as 1200mm. The pre-stressing system in hollow core slab is to result in savings in steel consumption while voids in the slab to further save in concrete and low labor required for production process resulting in significant financial benefits when compared to traditional method or any other method of reinforced concrete slab. Our low slump concrete mix design along with excellent strand bonding quality will result in achieving high strength hollow core with higher load bearing capacity.
