Eastern Manufacturing Company, founded in 1954, is a family owned and operated manufacturer of packaging products. One of our first products was a stamped metal locking plug used in the assembly of paper spools for textile and ribbon mills. In the early 1980s, we transitioned to plastic spool plugs as the industry evolved to respond to our customers needs. Over the next 30 years, our business expanded to serve other markets: paper, film and foil producers and converters. Today, we are one of the leading suppliers of roll packaging products in the United States and Canada. Throughout our nearly seven decades in business, our product line expanded to cater to the industry’s need for more efficient packaging applications. As we now enter the third generation of our family operation, we proudly carry on our founder’s tradition and strong work ethic.
