Our flagship kelp ingredient for the nutritional market is ideally concentrated for both supplements and foods. Harvested from the mineral‐rich waters of a pristine Icelandic fjord, Thorvin’s exclusive _Ascophyllum_ is carefully dried using controlled low temperatures to preserve biological values.
_Asco_ is an intertidal kelp and an excellent source of Iodine as well as other nutrients, minerals, and vitamins. Thorvin’s Asco Iodine content averages 780 parts per million (ppm), the highest on the market.
