Trimex Foods holds the expansion and development rights for Chili’s across three countries: India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. The company made its international debut by opening the first-ever Chili’s in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in September 2020.​ Currently, Trimex Foods owns and operates 24+ Chili's outlets across India and Sri Lanka, with plans to open at least 8 more outlets in the current financial year.
