HYGIENIC FOODS was founded in 2015 and established in the village of TALGAJARDA, RATOL ROAD, MAHUVA 364290. The Company is currently one of the largest producers of dried vegetables specialized in onions & garlic in India. The Company's shareholders are single FAMILY persons of Father & son duo whose capital share make 100% of the initial capital. Mr. A.D.VIRANI , who belongs to a farmer’s family is having multiple acres of land and a wealth of experience in cultivation and Onion trading for more than 4 decades. With an opportunity to serve our clients from farms to fork and with a vision to cater the authentic taste from industry to single customer level and cater better with consistency in quality and food safety lead us to establish HYGIENIC FOODS with modern technology Machines and state of the art production facility. Our Factory is geographically located in the region of Mahuva (Gujarat – India), which is the second-largest belt of growing different varieties of onions in India. The main idea of the Company's founders was to create a good hygienic factory to serve safe products for human beings and also have good value in the dehydrated vegetables & spice industry. Apart from this, we started our business entity capable of a rapid response to the dynamically changing market conditions. The Company's domain is to produce a wide range of dried vegetables using hot air-dried facilities, other fresh vegetables & Spices. To ensure that our customer receives the highest quality product, we handle the contracting on raw material on our own. We also provide our suppliers with the best quality seeds of varieties specifically selected for dried vegetable production. Nowadays, we produce hundreds of tons of dried vegetables annually & may do ongoing infinitely as per the good outputs from the cultivation area. Our Company's main products are dried vegetables such as white onions, red onions, pink onion & garlic product having various forms like flakes/ kibbled, chopped, minced, granules & in powder form. Other vegetables like carrot, red beetroot, potato, cabbage, etc. may be manufactured only with special demand by customers & buyers. We are aware that creating a good image among the Customer demands constant self-control, development, Research, and exceeding requirements and market expectations. We attach the greatest importance to the quality and safety of the products we offer. Our product manufacturing is performed by taking care of hygiene norms so we can provide our customers with the best hygienic quality products. For that reason, we continue to modernize our production lines and we have launched our microbiological laboratory, granulation department, and sorting department. Today we are a Company that has achieved a strong position both on the domestic and foreign markets. Our company’s customers are both domestic and foreign recipients. We deliver our commodities, especially to Germany, France, Italy, Holland, England, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, UAE, South Africa, Russia, Europe, North America, and United States. We attach the greatest importance to the quality and safety of the products we offer. Manufacturing is performed following the Food Safety Standards. Our Products are BRC standard certified. Our other certifications are APEDA, SPICE BOARD & FSSAI.
